- Additional Info:Carol Parker and Lonnie Creekmore are owners of C & L Asphalt. They did work for Road Bear RV, a BBB Member company. After they completed the work, these two men began to do work for other consumers claiming that their address was that of Road Bear RV's.
Consumer complaints allege that these two men obtain deposits from them and never show up to do the work that they were hired to do.
