    I had a trip cancelled on Nov 2 and am still waiting for a resolution/refund. The trip was booked using Avion points on WestJet flights. The trip was originally booked to depart on Nov 3, WestJet at some point changed the departing flight to Nov 2 and notified *** but I was never notified. I found out on Nov 2 when I was trying to check in. At the time (and even now) the itinerary is showing as Nov 3 on the *** site. I spent several hours on the phone with an agent on Nov 2 with no resolution. I called back on Nov 9 and was told there would be a resolution by Nov 12. There is still no resolution.Apparently Avion did a system upgrade on June 3, 2022 - I haven't had any issues prior to that, and I haven't received any notifications since.For example my previous Avion reservation was for an Air ****** flight, booked Feb 27, 2022 - there were several itinerary changes and I received email notifications for each one.For the reservation in question I booked on July 19, 2022 (after their systems upgrade. I was told (on Nov 2 *after* I found I'd already missed the flight) that WestJet had changed the flight in August and notified Avion.. *** accepted this change on my behalf.I've talked to them many times and so far they are just giving me the runaround. Their site still shows the (incorrrect) Nov 3 departure date.I've received no updates, and it's weeks beyond when they told me this issue would be resolved.I missed my trip to ******** along with $600 USD of non-refundable tickets *********************** ************

    Used Avion points for grandchild's trip to ******.Was charged with points extra because grandchild was under 18 years old.Xtra points equaled the same amount as the stated no. of point required. Unfair and totally uncalled for .How is one to know that this is the deal offered.I want my extra points back.*************************
