    Zero stars. They damaged everything they moved for us and refuse to address the damages. That’s correct, they damaged everything we own. I was in shock to see all of it damaged and even more shocked to experience the refusal to make this right. Warning!!!! Do not use!!!!

    David, we've tried to explain this directly, but we have a specific process for handling damage claims. This process includes documenting any items that are said to be damaged by our team. We sent you a form by email to start the resolution process. If the damages are as extensive as you claim, we also have physical copies of the form and could have started immediately. We understand that minor damages can happen, and we’re always ready to resolve them quickly and fairly. However, when multiple or all items are claimed to be damaged, we need the chance to investigate further. This begins with submitting our damage claim form. Thank you for understanding

    Maryann, we have received calls, texts, replies, and reviews from you, your husband Robert, and your relatives. We have responded and fully addressed this issue. While we truly empathize with your frustration, it is important to note that we made every effort to load your belongings securely within the constraints we faced. Please let us reiterate that our involvement in your move was limited. We had no part in the packing, transportation, or unloading process. Had we been involved, we would have strongly advised using appropriate, unused boxes in good condition. Furthermore, we made clear recommendations for essential moving materials, such as moving blankets (not household blankets), bubble wrap, and packing tape (not duct tape). Regrettably, our recommendations were disregarded, as you stated that you were completing packing yourself and using all of your own packing materials. Packing items properly in high-quality materials is crucial to ensure all items are protected, particularly for long-distance travel. Once again, we sincerely apologize that your experience wasn't positive.

    I confirmed with skyline’s manager, Michael scott a week before my move that I would be paying 140/hr for a 3 man team. on day of my move the team showed up with only 2 men. I called the office and spoke to Alicia and she told me that the team deemed it unnecessary to have a 3 man team for my move. This year we have about 80 boxes more than last year. After questioning this, Alicia was disrespectful and threatened me. She stated “I was being unprofessional and that she will cancel my move.” I asked to speak to the manager Michael, about the issue she told me that he’s is in meeting for the next few hours and will not be able to speak to me. Last year my move took 3.5 hours with a 2 man team. I spoke to the movers about it and they said they agree the move required 3 movers with the amount we had. They said they were lied to and were told that they would be moving a 1st FL apt to a 1st FL apt DESPITE my paperwork saying it’s a 2nd fl apt to a 4th fl apt. They said the real issue is the 3rd man never passed orientation and is why I don’t have 3 ppl. The mover also told me that Michael is known to do this and he’s reported him several times but he gets away with it because he’s friends with the owner! The movers told me it will take 5-6 hours for for the move Alicia said it would actually save me money with a 2 man team. A 2 man team at 110.00/hr for 6hrs is $660 a 3 man team at 140 for 3.5 is $490 We were forced to move our stuff despite having back surgeries and other injuries ! The movers told me the office would call to process my payment for the move at the end of the move. They never called. When the movers called the office to figure out why, Alicia told them that she charged my bank account that I used for the down payment. I never authorized them to charge the move to my bank account. When I spoke with Alicia and asked her why she did this, she hung up in my face. I have tried to call the company back numerous times but they refuse to answer the phone.

    Hi Diana, We sincerely apologize that your experience with our services did not meet your expectations this time. As a repeat client, we truly value your loyalty and appreciation of our past service, Your move was scheduled for 3 crew as requested. However, on the day of your move, additional staffing became unavailable. Our management team reviewed your move and determined that it could still be completed in a timely manner, based on the details given, with 2 crew members. This change was intended to be communicated to you before the crew arrived. Unfortunately, that did not happen and for that, we are very sorry. Our standard is to be in close communication with our clients concerning the details of their move. The staffing adjustment was not due to the reasons you listed as being told by our team as updates on new hires are not typically shared beyond the managerial level. Nonetheless, we thank you for allowing us to assist with your move and wish your experience was more positive.
