      Supplier does not honor warranty on the most expensive part of their system, the pump. Just doesn't respond to emails.

      SCAM! Do not purchase from this company.
      Purchased a mid pressure misting kit and never received all parts needed to put kit together.
      Husband called David Shank and he said he would send out missing parts. Never received them. Then the phone lines were disconnected. I contacted through email and asked for a refund. He denied a refund and never sent out missing parts! I’m scammed out of $654. Horrible company!!

      Bought a high pressure pump kit- fan and several parts- pump is a piece of junk , dying after 600hrs- oil changed per guidelines and pump was never exposed to sun or an elements- called owner David Shank, had me send a video and would confer with his “techs”. Had to follow up 3 times , each time David ***** saying would “Get back with me that day” he never did and continues to avoid me. Pump is junk and we were forced to buy a different one in order to enjoy our backyard-

      I purchased a Cool-Off Misting system for new patio build in 2021. A plumber installed all the tubing no problem. Finally starting using the system in May 2022. Worked fine. This summer, May 2023, changed the pump oil with only 30 hours on the pump and connected to the misting system. Pump started fine. About 30 minutes later it started to pump water and create mist constantly. The app would not control the pump nor would the manual buttons on the pump. Only way to make it stop was to unplug it from the electrical outlet. After several attempts I heard back from Cool-Off to uninstall the app and then install it again. Did not work. I finally read a review on Amazon about Cool-Off which listed the manufacturer in China so I reached out to them via email. Turns out a fuse inside the transformer has gone bad but the factory said it was not consumer replaceable. I reached back to Cool-Off about sending it back for repair. That was was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing and I don't expect too. Poor customer service and they don't stand behind their product. Go elsewhere to get a misting system.
