"I hired US Turf to transform my grass yard to desert landscape. The communication was very faulty, the salesman didn't communicate with me voluntarily on the step by step process in getting my HOA approval and when I did figure it out, he was hard to contact, even leaving to go out of town and not telling me if someone else would be helping me, when the rocks were delivered they were not the ones I had chosen, luckily my wife was home and caught them before they were unloaded, the two men spreading the rocks did a good job but there were open spots which the project manager said that there weren't enough rocks, he said he would get more rocks delivered but that never happened, he never called me back after I constantly called him and left messages for him to call me." ...
