    Ask Crew was very professional, and extremely helpful. I was having difficulty canceling a subscription, and it though it wasn't straightforward, my tech worked with me until a solution was found, and I was able to cancel the subscription.

    I’ve tried twice to cancel this subscription. First I spoke to a person (it was difficult to understand him). He said I didn’t need a confirmation for the cancellation. Wrong! you do!!!! Second time to contact them I went to their website. Still didn’t get it cancelled. She just sent me to another person on the website. No response?? I’m very upset with this business!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!

    I keep getting charges from this mysterious group of scammers for 29.99 a month. Somehow I keep getting signed up with them. I asked them when or why I supposedly used this service. They claim I used the service to recover my Google password, which is ridiculous and false. I have all my passwords in a book and have not reset my Google password for 30 dollars. These people are scammers. About every 4 months I somehow end up with this service reactivated.

    They did not help w/ my question. They charged me $1 after asking permission, and I later learned they charged me an additional $29 and signed me up for a monthly subscription ($29/month) without asking me. I found out because they sent me an email about the $29 charge and the subscription. I canceled the future payments for the subscription on ****** and emailed Expertsquad to request a refund and to request, they deleted my account that they set up. They refunded all my money, including the dollar, and said they deleted the account, so it was easy for me to resolve this problem, which I appreciate. I am posting this review so that others know that the company will refund their money if they find themselves in the same position, and also for people investigating it for a site for getting assistance. Be careful, they may charge you additional money and set up a subscription w/o discussing it w/ you.
