    This makes twice now that Sandra V. has been a great help to me in configuring my TV/Surround Sound System. I had contacted technicians from all of the makers of the components of my system, but Sandra's knowledge and advice far exceeded the information I got from them.     It's great to get a fast answer. Good job. I am very pleased. This could have been hours spent on the phone with Microsoft if you could get someone on the phone. Microsoft is making it harder and harder to find a phone number for tech support.

    My husband passed away in August and I found documentation indicating that he had set up a ********** acct but only left cryptic notes regarding it. I contacted **********.com support and Nick was able to assist me with getting into the account. Turns out my husband set up the account but never actually used it as the account balance was zero. Which was a HUGE relief. One less thing to have to be concerned with. A valuable piece of mind obtained. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
