    Do not fall for the "estimate" provided. It will be excessive to rope you in to agreeing to a lower, but still overpriced job. They will treat it as a "fixed price" job although the service is marketed as a "per item" cost with a menu. The first estimate was that they would need 4 trucks full plus weight and extra hours which was over $4000. I said it was too much so they said their manager would give me a deal that would be about $2700 and they would use 2 crews so it would go faster. They charged me $2850 with a few add-ons. However, only two truckloads were removed, which with the actual menu add-ons, should have cost less than $2400. It is not a huge amount of money but the process, pricing, and actions were unclear. We will see how this is resolved but be warned before dealing with this company. Take pictures and document every conversation and action. Update: Two weeks from the initial contact for resolution and no contact has been made. I expect they would like me to just forget this. That will not happen. Avoid this business...
