    EVERYTHING in the reviews is correct!!!! Avoid this place! Any store that does not support their products with a return policy is questionable.

    Vox Electronics has ruined my grandmother's vacation. They targeted my elderly 82 year old grandmother with dementia and got her for 433 dollars in headphones that are worthless. Unfortunately, I was in the store and she needed to use the restroom and passed by the Kiosk in Miracle Mile Mall. And thats all it took. Seeing that this issue is ongoing with other vulnerable elderly, I wonder if I pushed this to the news outlet and surroundings stores including the Miracle Mile Mall would it be of some good. It's one thing to work a job but to lie and manipulate elderly people is unethical and shows poor moral values. Don't purchase from these people! Keep your elderly loved ones AWAY from these people. They LOVE to prey on the elderly.

    This place is phony, lying thieves. Do not go near it. Need to spread the news so that others don't get caught. They lie so much and pressure people especially the elderly. I stopped to look at a speaker and before your know it, I became a victim without knowing it. We were on vacation and stopped by this shop at the miracle mile shops in Las Vegas, to look at a speaker, this guy was good. Such a good smooth operator that before we knew it, he had us purchase a phone charger with freebies thrown in. We were shown the stupid tactics of how much it costs on the website to making us think it was a buy of a lifetime. The pressure was pushing to buy this & that, trying to get us to buy, headphones to chargers for the entire family. Needless to say, We were never told about any refund or exchange policy. I assumed that like any other good consumer shop, there always is a refund. When we got back home, the stupid charger's pin broke off, I noticed on the receipt that it said no refunds only exchanges. I did register this warranty two days after coming home and contact the place asking for a refund but dealing with the customer service I was told that there is no refunds. Well, I do not want another charger, it looks like they are poorly made and they pry on the elderly and use quickly, slimy snake eating salespeople to push defective product.
    I saw some reviews, after the fact, I would like to know why has no one shut them down??
    They are selling defective products and charging outrageous prices. I like the many other folks, got sucked in. Isn't this an unfair consumer practice? These people are Con artists! Can anyone help me get my refund. I appreciate any advise.

    I purchased a solar charger, a Belkin Headset & a iPhone 12 charging case.
    This is surly a Bait and switch. First they had no intention to mail the items I purchased - I had to contact the Customer Service dept for that to happen.
    I received the items today-not the items that I purchased. The Headset that was supposed to cost $899.00 really Cost anywhere from $34 - 79, on **********. The same thing with the solar charger that does not work and they charged me $400.00.
    And then there is the battery case Charger that does not fit my iPhone 13. I don’t know if it works or not as it does not fit my phone.
    I have just read the reviews on this site and have yet to read a positive response. It all boils down to their fast talking manager who will promise the moon , and delivers nothing if he had a choice. I am sure he lied to their customer service department when they called about my purchases: not wanting to explained he gave me all this merchandise for such a low cost.
    I will report this transaction to my credit card company - because reading the previous posts that is all I can do.
    Just sign me “Taken at the Miracle Mile VOX Shop” do not believe a word you’re told. It’s just a fast talking salesman who will fool you by giving you something for nothing.
    I was taken advantage off because he claimed that because I was a veteran of 24 year’s service and the following day was Memorial Day, that he was the reason for his “Good Deal” being. Trusting individual I fell line, hook & sinker for his baloney.

    This store in Miracle Mile where I was given two free Items, and was going to purchase some other items, both chargers they gave for free, which the salesman opened and installed on my phone that. I was given to charge my phone, it did not work , I went back within the hour I was originally at their store and told them to not ship any items to my home, they were in a bag on the floor of their store, so I never had the product in order to return, I said to cancel the transaction. People in store said they cant process any kinds of returns I need to call customer care. I talked with them and told them the story and even they say they can't help me.
    I Have contacted my credit cad company's I will not accept any packages at my home, I am hoping they will reconsider if not I will have to contact an attorney. Salesman in the store even tried to bribe me with an 11K product plus some . I told him I do not want any products and I am on their camera in the store and you can see the items I was going to purchase were still in their possession. I cant return or exchange what I do not have.

    I wish I would have looked at this before I purchased anything at Vox in the Miracle Mile Mall. I am going to take my concerns to my Credit Card company. I was sold 3 headphones that are only worth $70 each, but Vox charged me over $500 for them. NEVER mess with mall kiosk sales people while on vacation...That is the lesson I learned.

    Vox electronics inside planet hollywood miracle mile shop.
    Sold uncompatble phone charging case, minutes after purchasing I realized it wasn't compatible and tried to return it, said they do not accept returns. It makes sense now why the salesman was talking so fast.

    AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! They do not deserve one star, but that's the minimum option. This business should be shut down. I can't believe I fell for Benito's sales techniques. In town on business, I went in for wireless charger as it was the closest walking distance to hotel. I walked out with a projector, headphones, etc. and a "free" charger. I feel like an idiot. The charger stopped working after 3 hours. I, too, missed the fake website they launch from the QR codes on their packaging. They do not tell you there are no refunds/exchanges. I did not get an itemized receipt. I went back to give them an opportunity to refund my money and was told sorry - only a manager can do that and of course there was no manager. I told them I would be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. This salesperson (Avi) told me that was the best way to handle - dispute and then send back the merchandise or keep it. Didn't seem to matter to him. I am currently going through that process. Stay far, far away.

    Scam artists. The 5 star reviews on here are also childishly fake. In one response to a bad review the company tells the customer they have no possibility for exchange of faulty products in the stores but only through corporate. Yet in the 5 star review immediately below that, the person says that they had a faulty product that was instantly swapped out at the store upon their next visit. Like I said, amateur attempt at creating ************** of this scam company. My advice is to stay away from any pressure sales situations in vegas. Theyll get you for timeshare, beauty products and electronics. Beware!

    NOT GOOD! My solar power charger does not charge and I feel like a very dumb person buying from these people at the conference I was at. They promise you the very best deal and show you very expensive products from their website. After getting back home and looking at reviews and other places to purchase (Amazon) they were a third of the price and not 1 good review. They will NOT be invited back to the conference to pressure people into buying products that quality is over promised and way under delivered. If I had a choice there would be no stars!
