STAY AWAY from this company! They are scammers!!! We were sold a phone case that had a charger in it and it never worked from day one. We tried to take back to the store and we were told to contact customer service for a refund. SCAM you cannot reach anyone at the phone number.

I was on vacation in Las Vegas in May with my fiance . He ordered items, but have NEVER received them. He got charged over $7,000.00 but never received not one item. They sent 2 fake tracking numbers and claimed he still owed the money. He tried canceling within 4 days and nobody ever called back just a txt message was the response. He filed a fraud against this company since he never received anything. I have documentation needed to start the fraud case since he was provided false tracking numbers. The USPS stated it was never addressed the his address. Stay far away from this Company!!

i purchased a massage chair at coltan at mirage and wanted to see the lifetime warranty. they said they would email the details and i have talked to two people to get it and no response. i have left several messages with customer service and no warranty details. i was supposed to get a chair for $5,000 marked down 50 percent but my receipt says i purchased a chair for $4,000 with $1500 off. They could not give me any paperwork on details of the chair. No details on the receipt. I talked to a man named dan in their logistics dept. and asked who was the owner and he said he was not allowed to tell me. i told them i didnt want the chair if i could not see the warranty details which they failed to give me and still got charged for the chair. there are a lot of complaints of this co only opened 1 1/2 yrs for scams and complaints on false warrantys. i would like a full refund on my purchase bec i was lied to and never received warranty details as promised. please help. the number listed to the co. is disconnected or something. the call wouldnt go thru. i called the store at mirage and they dont answer the phone.
