    This business does business as at least 3 names. I purchased from ****** ******** ***. Purchased products on 7/9/24 after looking at the website FAQ
    "What are your processing times?
    Order processing times are currently 2-3 business days – for example: if you order on a Monday it would ship Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday it would ship Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest."
    Again items were purchased on Tuesday 7/9 and expected items to be shipped by Friday at the latest. Instead they sent them a week later. The items were purchased for an event on 7/21. Left message on the chatbot they don't monitor on the website. Will be going through the process to file an actual BBB complaint. These comments are pointless. The business is smart to not have a Google Business Profile so that they don't have to worry about 3 different doing business as accounts or reviews showing customer interactions.

    They sent me damaged stickers, I emailed with no response, then called and asked for a refund and they said I ripped the stickers! I apply vinyl to cars and wanted to see if they had decent quality and I can tell you the stickers arrive in a horrible condition, the customer service will blame you, and they could care less. Horrible company.

    Sent me damaged stickers and they won’t respond to any emails. No way to get in touch and the stickers are really horrible quality.

    I placed a small order with this company who have a website called SportsstickersUSA.com. They did not deliver the product I ordered and paid for in advance. It took three days of reaching out by phone and by chat function on the website before I finally got an answer from them. I asked them to resend the product WITH a tracking number but they chose to refund instead. Very bad customer service and not responsive to customer inquiries.

    We shipped the product on schedule via USPS.  We offer Free Shipping on all order which does NOT include tracking, this is clearly stated on the website.  We ask customers to allow up to 20 days for the item to arrive before we will discuss how to proceed with items that do not arrive.  Customer contacted us via email and we replied via our email system, we got an undeliverable message back via the email system so the customer did not receive the 3 replies we sent to her three inquires.  The Customer then reached out via our webchat feature, we were closed for new years holiday and replied within 48 business hours.  The customer asked for shipping with tracking which we do not offer for free, it is a $5 premium charge.  This was not acceptable to the customer so we refunded the order.
