    I have emailed pdfguru a few times, they confirmed my cc details and then - after charging me $49.99 - told me that I do NOT have an active subscription. I requested cancellation multiple times via email. I do not want a subscription that I did not request and would not use.I was charged on March 18 and would like my funds refunded.     I paid a one time fee of 99 cents for one tax paper. Then suddenly I was charged 49$ that I had not assigned up or agreed to pay. I did not see anything stating there would be charges beyond the one time 99 cent charge for the one time use.

    The business charged for a trial $1.99. Then charged $1.99 again as well as a $49.99 charge. The transaction did not clear yet, the service was never used and the company refuses to refund the money. "It is against their policy." Is what they tell me. So they will charge anyone and run with their money even if the service is not used. These unfair practices should be against the law. I would like assistance getting my money back.
