      6 month wait to get an appointment. No prompt phone service. 2 hour wait, even when you do have an appointment.

      Getting a prompt appointment, or even getting a prompt return call is nearly impossible. 3 month wait for an appointment, 2+ hour wait when appointment day finally arrives. I would not recommend this practice!
