I want to file a complaint against this company. My dog was away for 4 weeks for training with this company and when I picked him up on the pickup day my dog as very unhealthy and skinny. I picked up my baby on last Sunday and he’s been having diarrhea since and kept throwing it up. I took him to the vet on Tuesday morning they weighed my baby and they told me he has lost 4 pounds and they agreed that it’s very unhealthy to lose 4 pounds in 4 weeks. I took the food for my baby for the amount of time he was there but they gave my dog rice without my permission. All the rices were in his puke. It’s been almost a week and he hasn’t been better. When I talked to Brat the owner about my concerns about my baby he did even accept that my baby was sick when I picked him up from his facility. I have proof that my baby was sick when I picked him up. I will do anything in my power so other people can be careful to not leave their dogs with this facility. There are some good reviews about this company but my experience with them was terrible and I will never ever recommend them.

At our company. We take exceptional care for these babies. Our reputation stands on its own. We love the dogs we work with. This particular dog did great in our care and was in fine health when leaving with the owner. I was personally there as she walked out and we spoke. She was happy and the dog was happy. She made no negative comments till 24 hours later.

In the next 24 hours, after being home, she says, her dog became ill and claimed it was our fault. I explained the dog was healthy throughout his stay. He could have picked up anything off the floor at any time at parks, parking lots, her car or her home. She claims we fed something different than what she sent. This is completely untrue. We only feed the food the client provides. Our videos show this.

Unfortunately, you can't control what people think. It is unfortunate she has had a bad experience. All we can do is state the facts and continue quality care for these amazing dogs.

Our videos and pictures state the opposite of her claims.

Brad Norton Jamie Norton. Brad met us this morning to help us walk through this issue with Lola. I cannot stress enough how much this helped. Steven was able to learn to use the collar and leash to walk her past the trouble areas. Less than 30 minutes (we were walking of course and slow at that) I am confident by the middle of this week, walking and working on these trouble spots she will not even remember what gave her anxiety. I cannot thank Norton Dog Training enough for training our dogs and most importantly US We have put two dogs through their board and train with great results.
