- Additional Info:On April 20, 2004, Wall to Wall Home Services was sent a certified letter demanding the company immediately cease and desist from using the BBB logo on the company's invoice form. The use of the BBB logo, in this manner, constitutes trademark infrigement and is in violation of the trademark rights of the Council of BBBs, Inc. (Reg.Nos. 566,415, 969,847 and 971,579). In addition, the company's misuse of the name and/or logo in falsely claiming membership, insinuating affiliation and referencing association clearly constitutes false and deceptive adverting practices, and is in violation of state and federal statues.
On September 23, 2003, the BBB's staff contacted the company regarding the use of the BBB logo in the upper right-hand corner of the company's invoice form, which is in violation of the tradmark rights of the CBBB.
