  Pulled a bait and switch on price of repairs then didn't complete repairs. Did not communicate with us till after closing that repairs where not complete and they did not plan on making the situation right.

  I have been working with PSR&M for years as a fulltime REALTOR, and they are AMAZING! They provide timely and accurate quotes based on repair request lists and/or inspection reports, and they work diligently to get agreed-upon repairs completed in a timely fashion and for the amount quoted. They even accept payment at closing if the buyers/sellers are in agreement on all the work repairs to be done, and that's a huge help for many sellers who can't pay for repairs out of pocket but can pay for work from their home equity. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best AND they communicate professionally! Try finding a contractor who will do what they quoted in the timeframe needed and stay in communication about it. That's what you get with PSR&M. I am simply a very satisfied customer who have worked with them over a dozen times and will continue to do so because of the professional service they provide.

  Find another company. They will scam you. I was quoted a certain amount for two windows. I supplied the most expensive window and was forced to pay $400 more than the quote. I even told them I was military and they would not budge. Please take your business else where. Terrible way to do business.

  I will confirm that this company is a true scam. I was in contract and the seller hired them to fix my ****. They claimed they put in refrigerant but did not. Then, even though they'd given me a warranty, they said it didn't count and sent me a **** for $9000. Then, I looked up the **** license. They are NOT licensed. They are using an expired female server's license. Look up ********************'s license number - ***** - look it up for yourself : http://verification.rld.***********/STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

  PSR&M has been in business since ****! The seller did hire us to check the units for heating and cooling and confirm that all systems are operational and in good working order. The downstairs split system is working properly at 18 temperature differential and is properly charged with R22 refrigerant. The upstairs package unit is at 15 temperature differential and is properly charged with R22 refrigerant. We did not add refrigerant as there was no need. The warranty she is referring to is our peace of mind warranty which is designed to provide the buyers time to settle into their home and assure that all of the requested repairs were completed. She did and even signed off on it. Shortly afterward one of her units went bad and she thought we should replace it. I explained to her that we would not be replacing her unit and she became irate and started making accusations. ***** is our license # but it is valid and in good standing with Constrution Indurstries. I don't know why she would say otherwise. We did not send her a **** for $9,000 as we have never done any work for her so I do not know why she would say this either. It is certainly unfortunate that the unit went out but system failures can and will happen at any time. I hope this is helpful.******************* PSR&M Owner/Operator
