    Terrible, horrid ********************* Wrong item delivered, put off for 3 days & still waiting for this to be remedied as *** been promised repeatedly by ******. I want my correct item or FULL REFUND. Theres much more to this nightmare, but no one gives a c*** at Fetch enough to respond & clearly no accountability. As a completely disabled person I can promise there will be consequences to this thievery because the incorrect item delivered is useless. The fact that you have no true customer service or back up plan for mistakes is deplorable & entirely unacceptable. ***** made a GIANT mistake this time by simply blowing me off for 3 days! I will be filing complaints with proper authorities! Im sick and tired of poor business ***********************

    I found Fetch while looking for a service who would pick up from a local bakery in ******** and deliver to a business there downtown. I called and spoke with ****** who said he could do it and was very familiar with both businesses. ****** was so amazing that he even offered to pick up flowers or balloons, if I wanted them, because I'd told him this was a birthday gift. He was able to add a beautiful bouquet at a great price and had all of it picked up and delivered in under two hours!! His professionalism and enthusiasm turned my last minute order into a wonderful birthday gift. I am SO happy I found Fetch and will be referring them to others and using them again in the future!

    They deliver your packages to the wrong address or lose them all together. Then put you on hold forever when you try to complain, in hopes youll just give up the fight and lose out on the money.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PACKAGES!!
