  When we called this service, ****** answered and assured us the mechanic would be able to get to our vehicle after completing a job. We asked for updates, and they weren’t provided. When we asked where the mechanic was, we were told he was fueling his truck. Then, she didn’t know where he was and couldn’t get a hold of him. However, he was on the way. She said his service was spotty. We were charged a fee, due to the distance, prior to them heading our way. We asked for a refund and cancellation, and she refused stating he had already used a “tank of gas”. ****** had a habit of not responding to texts but answering when we called. Highly encourage people not to use this. We believe it is a scam, or at the very least a ****** service with poor communication skills between a dispatcher and mechanic. We have included screenshots of messages. There is no time stamp. We waited 3-4 hrs in the cold desert night for a no show. And they charged me first before coming out which is terrible business practice. Sending fake invoices too claiming he came out when he DID not. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER.
  Edit yes they promised multiple times 10 mins, 20 mins, 1 hr, they should have a guaranteed arrival time its 30degrees in the desert and my wife is cold which i told them multiple times.

  I was given Crispin Mobile services phone number thru calling the 211 number from the Roswell flood resources. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and even offer a payment plan if I needed because of the damages from the diaster. Loved the convenience of the mobile services since my vehicle was not running and felt the prices were reasonable. They will even work with non-traditional hours to fit your schedule. Will be using their services again

  I think that the company has been very helpful and is very good about how they handle the vehicle and the payment is not so bad either I would refer anyone to this company they have been there to help me. I most definitely will return if there are any new clanking sounds or smoke blowing through the air vents again I will mostly definitely thank you guys for everything

  Wil is the only mechanic that I will let work on my vehicle. Other than having to wait for a part to come in, Wil works efficiently and in a timely manner. He’s come to my rescue quite a few times. I highly recommend Crispin Mobile Service and Small Engine Repair to anyone.

  THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER WITH SHOTTY WORK! Be very careful having this business work on anything. They will lie to you and mess up your vehicle. I called them for a mobile repair driving through *******. They attempted to work on my 2013 F150 to replace a fuel pump. They did not drain the fuel out of the tank and the screwed up the opening of the tank. They refused to talk to me about the repair stating not to call after hours when they are a mobile repair place that operates after normal business hours. I had to take my truck to a reputable **** Dealer to get my truck repaired properly. They said they would refund my money but have quit talking to me since, then I paid **** to repair the truck properly. This business has no integrity and will not fix your problem they will give you more problems to deal with BUYER BEWARE! Dont use Crispin Auto repair they will s**** you over. *** is the owner and he accused me of trying to get a free repair while cussing me out and not taking repsonsibilty for his technicians ability to do work properly. He said he had pictures of the his shotty repair work however he failed to produce. See pictures of their shotty work. I was charged $666.37 for the improper repair. When I took it to the **** dealer they charged me $2128 for a new fuel tank that Crispin botched up in process of their shotty repair. See ***'s text message saying he's dealt with a hundred of you ******* morons... is this the way you want a business owner to treat you. I guess hes had alot of thes issues with other unsuspecting customers. Wow not somone I would ever do busines with ever again. Beware save youself the trouble. Call a reputable shop.

  This is a hard working mechanic and the review that was posted was absolutely not true and can be refuted. I know them personally. I have had this mechanic work on all my vehicles and is restoring my grandfather's 1974 **** F-250. Be sure to call for any mechanical needs he is the best. It will be the best thing you could do for your vehicle.

  Good for an emergency ONLY! Does shoty work. **** will drag you along and milk you, by doing unfinished repairs that he then has to keep coming back again and again to work on at unholy time by his choice so he then can tell you it took him all night/morning. His work doesnt get done all they way, or correctly . He has to keep coming back again and again for the same repair.

  I will address each one of ******************** issues as for the comment on dragging work out. He requested that a switch on the seat in his suburban was broken and needed to be replaced. We had to order the part and there were shipping delays and **************** was advised of these and kept updated. Every time Wil was either at you house or at here at ours the work was completed witiin timely manner and if there were delays which there were not. I keep very clear records and all text message and phone call with customers. His work is very professional and up to standards.
