    Feel like I was robbed. Tech was asked to check into repairing my espresso machine. He replaced many parts to the tune of ******. He should have checked the control board first to determine if it was functioning but did not until after all replacement was done. These machines (ECM ******) were built to stay turned on all day. When I mentioned that to him he said " not this one". He returned the machine and it did not work at all. Then he tells me he would replace the control board for the cost of the part only. Approx. ******. When I gave the OK he never responded to me, via call or otherwise. I have tried contacting him many time to no avail. Very negative experience.
