    terrible customer service, they do not pick up on the days "They" schedule, I call to find out what is going on and they tell me "wait that they will be there"........Nope! they should be able to respond to the customer with professional courtesy and and the very least call the customer and Inform them of the issue you pay them on time "along with their increases" and they do now deliver, seems to be an act of fraud. you pay for a service and they do not deliver? last time I checked we are the customer and they just blow you off. they should credit when they do not pick up....happened today and last month.....Weather was perfect.......and I pay for a dumpster.I am contemplating on contacting the local news office for further complaints and the state of New Mexico on their business practices.

    Worst company to deal with. They took over the existing trash service and they just wont come for any excuse possible. Weather, mud, other routes need to be kept up. Completely useless. Not even the slightest effort to try and do their job.

    It has been 3 weeks since our trash has been picked up on our scheduled day. When you call the business, if you leave a message, you never get a call back... if you are lucky enough to actually reach a live person, she has the most abrasive personality..... so much for service oriented business....

    This company has failed the community and **. I've been trying over a week to contact them to cancel our service because we sold our house and moving. No one person has returned the 4 phone calls or emails I've sent. I even reached out on Fb to one of there employees to let them know *** crickets. We paid for the quarter, but expect our $50 deposit back for the bin and partial redind for unused months. We have everything time stamped. If they try to bill us or say we didn't contact them to cancel. Please answer you customers. You deserve NO stars. This in unacceptable business practices and you should close up if you can't treat your customers with respect.

    Omg ****** is the rudest person ever she refused to give me info said to call the other company they are meging with told me I was being lied to there trucks are broken all the time not enough work trash not being picked up per ******. I can't believe how they let her talk to there cuatomers

    Last few yrs of service has been terrible. Missed collections, not timely on returning calls, receptionist is very rude lacking customer service skills. We had a few late payments due to issues with our mail box company. Instead of a courtesy call they just don't pick up your trash. Another incident occurred when I requested a name change due to life changes which created another late bill. The receptionist went on and on about her personal life problems raising a child as a single mom. She never really heard my concern. . The last few months became out of control with the trash collections person who routinely rooted through my dumpster pulling things out throwing them on my property. They claimed a broken leg off a coffee table, old dog bed, broken broom, oral syringes without needles, we're against thier " rules " yet these don't fall in the prohibited areas. They accused me of throwing needles in the trash but never really looked to see they were only oral syringe. On one occasion i had items thrown in my dumpster by passersby. How was I to know. They were confusing to work with constantly guessing what they might pull out of my trash. Without notice they pulled my dumpster and then lied to me that they were short handed and not sure what happened. 7 days later they returned my 5 calls and e-mail stating my service was terminated. yes they have a right to cancel my service but they didn't have the business etiquette to let me know in advance. Don't waste your time with this company.
