    Im glad that some people are getting great service from 7-D. My family was not one of them, which makes me think they pick and choose which to prioritize. Of course, every business does that. This was extreme. It took us nearly five months to get an HVAC installed through our warranty company. Our heater broke in February. I dont hold them accountable for the hoops we had to jump through with First American in the beginning. Correspondence with 7-D started in late March/Early April. Two dates fell through due to PNM not being able to come out. Tried to get another contractor. We were stuck with this one. We had an emergency and had to go out of town. The date was scheduled for August 15th, and we were too nervous about not having a heater for cold September nights so we had a friend be present during work. Our last talk with him was the following Friday. No mention of what he was planning to do Monday.He sent us a threat to put a lien on the house. No courtesy call, except the voicemail stating that hed sent us an email. Payment was due on completion. I get it. We had a hectic week and apologized for being unable to sit down and work on paying. No flexibility. At all. Just that rude, gruff annoyed voice from *****, whod been unprofessional the entire five months we were stuck with him. He could spend five months sitting around and blowing us off, but when he wants his money he wants it NOW. You cant get 7-D on the phone. Either no one is there or they started screening our calls. Like I said, they prioritize some customers and completely ignore others. Terrible customer service. Irresponsible and not professional. No time management. We were just a warranty contract to him, but if he couldnt handle us, he should have backed down. ***** is famous for refuting reviews on every website, citing that he has voice call evidence and blah blah blah. Basically gaslighting people. Refute what I said then.
