    This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. My unit was broken into and I was met with vagueness and attitude. My questions were answered with an mmhmm and uh huh ********** hours are never honored, I have missed work to come in and no one was available.I have no access to my storage unit. They have locked it and not provided me with the key. They say there is no surveillance footage and they cant see anything. They will not provide me with a copy of my contract or insurance claim information (I did misplace it) They have been price gouging me, and ******* it with that theyve sent me notices. in less than a year I went from $31-$95 for a 5 x 10 unit. They do not care about you as a consumer. Theyre gonna meet you with excuses and tell you that those are the types of things that just happen at storage units. This is the most awful awful experience Ive ever had. just a week after I was robbed and broken into they raised my unit rent once again. I am appalled by The way I have been treated. I would highly highly suggest Not doing business here.
