      We engaged Maddox Plumbing to address a persistent gas odor in our building, a concern that we considered both urgent and critical for safety. We paid over $2,000 for what we believed would be a comprehensive solution; however, the issue remains unresolved despite their service visit. Our experience was far from satisfactory. After the appointment, the gas odor persisted, and subsequent attempts to seek clarification or follow-up support did not yield the promised results. The service rendered did not meet our expectations or the cost incurred, leaving us with significant concerns about the quality of work provided. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Maddox Plumbing. We are also in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to help ensure that other businesses or individuals do not encounter similar issues. We hope this feedback encourages the company to re-evaluate and improve their service delivery in the future
