We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or incorrectly addressed mail including those to facilities or agencies that do not accept inmate mail from third parties. Any mail that is sent out and returned to us will not be refunded or credited for any reason unless it is due to some fault on our part. At our discretion we may resend mail as a means of replacement.
