    We paid for an engine detail and waited three hours. Went back to the mechanic to see if they could find the oil leak only to find out the detail was not completed at all. When we went back to dispute it we were mocked, yelled at about how we are expecting to much, and told how they did their job. After looking together and being told "I've never seen something caked with oil like that" after they were already supposed to have cleaned that area did they take the vehicle back and complete the service and became professional and courteous after that.

    I take all my vehicles there and have done so for nearly 20 years. Never any problems or unexpected charges. They are a big supporter of the community. Consistent and established and excellent management and technical staff. Nice people too.
