      Wind was blowing, as it often does here in **, so we put a small piece of tape on the lid of our recycle can to keep it from blowing open. It had already blown open once, and we had to pick up trash blowing around. Their driver would not empty the can because the lid was taped. I've been taping the lids for years to prevent trash from blowing around the neighborhood. If they dump the can, the tape will break and the lid will open. Now they will only come pick up my recycle if I pay them $30. I'm not paying for a service for which I've already paid. Unfortunately, this is the only service we are allowed to use. Terrible service. If you can do so, avoid this company.

      Terrible! In just few months of using their service, they skipped at least six pick up scheduled and did not make up for it. Paying them for their weekly service and not being credited for it so I stopped paying. Then they threatened to send it to the collection agency. When I finally paid in full they closed my account. No accountability for them. Totally bad and unfair. Dirty and trash. Thats what they collect anyway. They are who they hang around with. Trashes.

      They are threatening me with bad credit. I moved in December of 2021. Called to cancel they never responded we couldnt leave a voice message nor email because they were transferring companies. They finally picked up our trash cans in January. We know because of cameras before our house was sold. They finally contacted us in July via email saying trash cans were picked up. I have called many times and sent emails trying to resolve bill the one time they answered they deny it since we have no proof we tried to cancel. How can we when they had no email address on file and wouldnt answer calls. The robot keeps calling me saying I owe past bills, (which I do not since we had moved and tried to cancel). And they keep sending automated emails. However all my emails and phone calls go unanswered.

      Zero stars. The only reason I put one star was because I had to in order for this review to get transmitted. Ever since SW Disp took over ******* Valley Disposal it has been ridiculous.I was just berated by one of the "customer service" reps. I called because my recycle was picked up only once last month and all I asked for was a credit to my account as the pick up was supposed to be twice a month for recycle. They had just sent a new schedule for recycle pick up. I put my recycle out EVERY Thursday night in September because I know how unorganized they are (pick **** Friday a.m.) and it was picked up only one Friday-- which wasn't even one of the mornings that was on their new schedule! The rep, after putting me on an extended hold, told me that her supervisor would credit my account 'just this once' because 'this is a repetitive problem where you don't put your can out on time' and 'all our drivers have cameras'. So basically I was called a liar and a repeat offender--- ludicrous. SW Disposal had apologized profusely to me during the turn over and thanked me for my patience because THEY were the ones that were getting the routes confused, etc-- they had double charged me on one of my bills-- and basically called me a liar until I sent them a copy of the charge on my credit card account. This was months ago and was rectified. They still clearly do not have there act together and do very poor customer service training!My patience is now gone after being yelled at by this woman and basically slapped on the hand. Not a good way to run a business!Anyone who is having issues with this outfit-- this is not your only choice. There is a company called "Trust" that does garbage as well as recycle pick up. I am on the waiting list-- the owner has so many people coming to him because of the poor service and billing issues with SW Disposal that he can't keep enough cans in stock!SW Disposal out of ********** ** is pretty much awful all around.
