    After coming to the agreement that the maids were to only clean around things and not to reorganize, they took it upon themselves to remove boxes from my home. In one of these boxes was my kitten, who was hiding and the maids were aware of her presence upon entering the home. They took the box outside into the cold garage where my cat was left trapped in the box buried under more trash for approximately 5hours until I was able to locate her. The negligence and carelessness of this cleaning team endangered the life of my pet and put her in ***** way. This is frightening as well as concerning. The complete disregard for the cleaning agreement combined with the lack of awareness as to what was being thrown in the garbage could have cost a beloved animals life.

    Sir you never told us that there was an animal in the house. If you would have advised us that you had a pet I would have instructed you to make sure the animal was put in a kennel or placed in a secure location. We did not reorganize any of your possessions, we simply placed empty boxes in your garage. It was your negligence as a pet owner knowing that a crew of people were coming to your home and not securing your animal nor notifying us that there was an animal that caused this unfortunate ACCIDENT. We did our job as we were supposed to, there are clearly no complaints on the cleaning itself. We cannot be held responsible for animals that we are unaware of, or that are not properly secured.
