      Today I went to pickup my newly painted car only to discover that ***** the service writer didn't write-up 20-percent of the work to be done. She kept saying it was an Add-on. I spoke with ***** and *******, after refusal to complete the paint job I promptly fired *****. At this point I've hired another paint shop to complete the work that ***** refused to include in the original write-up, and I'm also speaking with a lawyer discussing bringing a lawsuit against Bobcat. As it stands now Bobcat has had four people recently quit, and the last painter quit today. ***** and ******* tell me that no painters are employed at Bobcats. At this point Bobcats will receive the worst possible review available, and justly earned. We have no further intention of utilizing Bobcat for any vehicle repairs, painting, or servicing. It should be noted the service writer for Bobcats, *****, has great difficulty in listening to customer needs with failure to include major portion of paint instructions. I've fired ***** immediately, with possible follow-up law suit. This is precisely the reason ******** has such a bad reputation. STAY WELL CLEAR OF BOBCATS!!!
