    They tell you one price then charge you a higher price without telling you. They told me I would get a refund of $150.00, but it never happened. They won't answer or return my phone calls. They literally stole the $150 from me. They are liars and committed fraud by taking more money from my account than what I was told.

    Called Glass Doctor after 4 windows were broken by a robbery. They told us they could take care of us. NEVER received a written quote just a verbal quote which turned out to be the WRONG windows and one window does not even fit. They collected $1700 for the deposit which we agree to get the windows ordered. Five days later the windows arrived and after the installed, all of the windows are wrong and they charged our credit card for the remaining balance WITHOUT our permission. They refused to help us anymore. They are a SCAM AND STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. NEVER NEVER USED THEM.
