They were courteous at first when they got my business, but when my ******* 2018 Elantra was vandalized on their property the manager refused to take ownership. The car was ready to be picked up October 10, I picked it up the morning of October 11 and used my key fob to enter the car, not noticing that the key entry to the driver's door appeared to have been drilled out. I drove home (with 2 low pressure tires) and parked in my locked garage.I noticed the damage in the evening while I was using my home device to reinflate the 2 low pressure tires before going to work, I called and left a message immediately.I went to them the morning of October 14 to show them the damage and I was told I should await a call from the owner by the manager. I did not receive a call from the owner BUT my insurance on October 15 stating a claim was open to fix damaged key entry!!!!! I called the collision place, spoke to the manager who proceed to tell me the damage was not done there, he did not know where the damage was done and maybe it was done at my work!!You can just picture my response. A police report was filed. Will see how this plays out.

After taking my 2016 INFINITY Q50, which had been in an accident, to ****** INFINITY, the Service Manager referred us to Sandia Collision. This turned out to be bad advice! For on Friday April 23, we received the car back from Sandia Collision and upon inspection, we noticed blistering across the front bumper, even on the side supposedly repaired??? Unsatisfied with the work, on Monday April 26, my wife took the car back and then about an hour later, returned home and stated that their estimator said that the blistering was to be expected, because of the rock chips and therefore not covered by insurance. Surprised by this, I asked my wife to return and speak to the owner, which she did that very same day. Upon her return, she said that the owner gave her a quote to repair the blistering, plus additional costs for parts unrelated to the accident. After looking over the quote, I quickly noticed we were being charged for the re-work, there was no provision for a rental car, and the parts the owner wanted to replace, did not need to be replaced! It was at this point, that I realized I needed to get involved, so on Monday, May 10, we went back to Sandia Collision. Unfortunately, after a brief discussion with the owner, who was rude, arrogant, confrontational, and *****, it was clear, they were not going to fix their mistake and that we would have to settle this matter in court. After this encounter, we drove straight to ****** INFINITY, to let the Service Manager know we were disappointed in him for referring us to Sandia Collision. On June 7, we filed a lawsuit against Sandia Collision for failure to inform us in advance, of the blistering that would occur if they proceeded with repairs, but did not fix the rock chips. We won the case in court and Sandia Collision was forced to pay us a lump sum of money for failure to meet their contractual obligations. DO NOT take your car to Sandia Collision, you WILL regret it!
