The place Is mice ridden . Crummy customer service . Because it's Family owned and operated they think they are above the law. They are rude unreasonable and shady. I noticed a previous review by staff saying they have guard dogs on premises at all times. And that place is locked w/special fence and cameras. Nope, more like they have an Old thief of a So Called maintenance man and his wife and their mutt little poodle s that will bark at anything. . How is it that people can live on the back of back of Albuquerque self storage where the cars are? Is that even Legal? I don't ?? think so.plus I've heard he is maintenance man, well Is he security or maintenance? Which 1? Also how can he be trusted when he is like a real life ******* and son always piling up items he skim s off of storage units he cleaned out and stuff he steals fr. Unsuspecting customer s like myself and selling it for profit.so he gets items for free and then sells loads of em out of his ***** **** truck w,/blue tailgate. Ok I thought only Non-profit organizations like thrift stores could do that? Albuquerque self storage and their thief maintenance man are obviously a for profit business. Violating zoning law by his sticky fingers living full time **** on premises.. his dogs aren't trained or ready to guard nothing . They just bark at anything including regular customer and are extremely annoying.. also why is there 2 maintenance men if their is already 1 living in the back?but still another in front w/a grey ***** truck. No reason at all really just more palms to grease and more stolen or confiscated items to split up. ****** has got to be ***** yrs old and is clearly senile, too old to be working anymore let alone being a owner or guy left alone at various times weekends when younger staff/ his daughters don't want be there. I can see he has no idea what's going on he just does whatever his **** tell him. *********************** is jus a Bossy rude Narcissist who sits on her **** **** except smoke break. Sad
