      These people are serious, scam artists. They came to do a job and they did not do it correctly, even though I paid a lot of money for it. I keep receiving emails from them because they are saying that I did not pay even though I am sending them copy of the receipt. They just keep sending harassing emails. The company is not organized and they dont have any integrity, I would be very careful to not use them.

      Like so many who've left reviews, sadly I must add my own extremely unfortunate experience. I was extremely over-charged. Because the technician arrived early, I was grossly overcharged by the company; they made me pay an extra $160 for the tech to drive back to *********** instead of waiting. When I called to request a refund management said that it was my fault for not contacting them right away.As someone who know little about plumbing and business practices of plumbers, I felt that I had no choice regarding my bill. These people have violated my trust in the industry. I implore anyone who reads this DO NOT TRUST A1 PLUMBING as they will rip you off by any means that they can.
