      This is not a review of the Physical Therapist, but of the billing practices of Armada Physical Therapy. I have United Healthcare, which requires a medical provider to bill ******* which pays the the provider and if there is a balance, the provider bills me.This is not how Armada Physical Therapy works. Armada ran my insurance and said that I had not yet met my deductible (I had), then required a cash payment prior to treatment. This is fraudulent in two ways.1. I had met my deductible as of that day 2. Armada then does not file insurance, which if you hadn't met your deductible, does not help the patient meet the deductible.I'm out $76.00, which I won't get back, and cancelled all future appointments. My advice is to not do business with Armada.
