60-13-3(A)(15) NMSA 1978 defines a contractor as "any person who undertakes, offers to undertake by bid or other means or purports to have the capacity to undertake, by himself or through others, contracting. Contracting includes constructing, altering, repairing, installing or demolishing any:...electrical wiring, plumbing or plumbing fixture, consumers' gas piping, gas appliances or water conditioners;"
On 05/31/2024 the BBB reached out to the company advising the sprinkler services being advertised on their website required a contractor's license. The company promptly responded to BBB concerns by removing the language immediately, and agreeing not to perform sprinkler installation or repair until obtaining adequate licensure.
