      the team was supposed to be at my house at 8. They arrived after 9. I stayed out of their way did not interrupt them at all. Around 2 (as one of the two bathrooms still did not have a counter on it and there were sinks in my front yard), I asked if they were going to be done that day. It was only then that they told me that the backsplash was too wide and they would need to take them back and come back the next day. I asked when and they could not tell me. He said that the counters would be in and we could reconnect the plumbing that night. That was the only issue that he brought up and would not have done that had I not approached him. A member from the store called me and told me that I misunderstood, and that they tried to tell me that the slab for the master bath was too big and they needed another team to get it up the stairs another day! There was no miscommunication I was never told that and in fact, was assured that the counters would be in that night! I asked to have the owner call me. He did not. I again went outside (they had all just been sitting around for easily a half an hour) and asked how much longer they thought they would be. The man that responded actually raised his voice at me and told me to talk to his boss! I told him that I was currently waiting for the owner to call me back but also had things to do and needed to know how long they would be (at this point it was almost 4 pm). His response? To yell at me and tell me that he was leaving and began to pack up everything, leaving my house a wreck and the bathroom sinks still in the middle of the front yard. I called the store again, this time speaking to a woman while was very polite and apologetic. She informed me that the owner was at my house outside.I would like to say that with the arrival of the owner, who I incorrectly presumed would be professional and helpful, however, he made it exponentially worse! I can honestly see where his crew gets their discriminatory attitude!
