    This company is a joke they have been railroading my **** driver account for over a month now. The problem is I had a class a cdl that was downgraded to a class c from not renewing the medical. They are trying to go by my old expiration date on the class c when by law the class a must be used since that was obtained after. I have checked with my local dmv and I am correct and they are wrong. Yet they keep denying my approval from them and at this point Im taking legal action. Its ridiculous the law is written so plainly that a grade schooler could understand but their stupid ai obviously cant nor can whoever is in charge of the complaint dept.Your company should be denied ever working with citizens driving information ever again if this is how you do business thinking you are above the actual laws in place!

    This company will try to scam you out of your money. I regret putting my trust in them. I should have read the reviews online before trusting them. They make you sign a predatory contract in order to work with them and then will try to demand tons of money. They are a fraudulent scam company.

    This company does not deliver accurate reports...at least in my case. Over 2 years ago I moved to *********** from *******. At that time I got a new *********** license and they took my ******* license. Well when they ran their background check they reported the expired ******* license but not the *********** license which is valid. At lease I think that's what happened as there is no way to access your report online. You have to request a copy which takes 20 days. You can file a dispute however they want 30 days to review it. That means you cannot drive for up to a month!!!! This company should be ashamed of itself for putting people out of work for THEIR incompetence.
