    I purchased a car from a dealership here in **********, the sticker inside had a piece of paper saying it was done by these people. The car, which was brand new at the time that I purchased it, was given to me covered in scratches across the hood. Keep in mind, I test drove this vehicle just an hour before this point and did an inspection, there was no issue, the car was then sent back to them to get detailed before I could leave with it. When I was picking up the vehicle after it had been detailed, I noticed the scratches and pointed them out. A salesman walked back and spoke with the shop, and after about 30 minutes of waiting he came back to inform me they were detailing a new vehicle for me. They intentionally took much longer on this one, and I waited in the dealership another 2 hours after the point when the salesman got back to me to let me know before the new truck was brought up. When the detailer got out, he was active aggressive and insulting myself, making a lot of assumptions about my profession, insulting my family and mother, just about everything you could think of. I later went in to complain to the store manager once the detail person had left, as he was being quite aggressive and I feared he was one step away from getting physical at this point, and was told a formal complaint would be filed and I could get the info about the action taken emailed to me. Before leaving I learned that the person who I had this encounter with, acting aggressively toward me, was one of the owners named *****, through one of the dealership employees. This was at Reliable chevorlet near the cottonwood mall, no way to conduct a business. Looking up the business it looks like ***** doesn't even show up as an owner, maybe I would be upset too if my family wouldnt give me any piece of the family company, but I don't blame em. Rating would be less than 1 star if possible. Do not shop at any detail shop they operate in.
