I went in to get an old pc diagnosed, was told the motherboard was no good also 2 SSD'S. Seems like a lot to break at once but, it was broke, the owner said he had built a pc for a customer that was returned and all it needed was a SSD which he said he would put a 1 terabyte in for me for $899.95 As i was looking at the inside i told him i did not like it's motherboard, he said he would replace it with a better one. On May 19th I purchased the pc, was charged $899.95 plus $20.95 for using a credit card and ***** tax....that totals $1,006.57 but was charged $1,079.23 for an overcharge of $72.66. I'm used to correct totals from stores besides i was in conversation when handed invoice. Not only was i charged too much but he put in a tiny ssd of 120 gigs and has over ****** hours on it!!!! he talked me into swapping my video card with the one in it, I kept telling him that if i didnt like the one in it `I WOULD CHANGE IT' he finally wore me down and i brought it to the shop. i asked him for the video in the pc and suddenly it was part of the deal (it never was but he wins all disagreements)i kept telling him over and over i did not want windows 11 PRO, what did he put in?!?!?! windows 11 PRO with an invalid key which is worthless, i bought win 10 home ($37) but had no way to install it, so i had to buy a DVD player for $57. also the 120 gig ssd is not good for anything but installing windows so i bought a 1 tb ssd ($40 more!!!!) there are so many problems with this transaction that i havent even talked about how it took a month, may 19 to june 19 with many excuses.... in years past i have built 6 or 7 pc's. it takes a few hours to put a ssd and motherboard in. Once he told me that the pc would not shut down, that will happen if you do not connect the wires from the tower to the motherboard correctly. Unfortunately, no ZERO stars... i forgot to mention that I was told it was 2 years old, it was built in 2018 WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE I MADE GOING THERE!!!!!!! RUN AWAY

On 02/10/2022, I paid $331.78 to repair my IPAD Air 2 A1567. About two months later they told me *** had lost it and they would give me a replacement. About six months later they supplied a replacement one the was not cellular and just WiFi capable. I had taken it to the local ******* store where they informed me so. So I took it back to them and told them, that I wanted a cellular IPAD . They keep telling me that they have to go thru there dealer for a replacement. It's been now over a year!

On January 10, 2023, my father (an 87-year-old senior citizen) wrote a check in the amount of $1,187.84 for an Apple iWatch to a *********************** owner/operator of Alamogordo Technology Solutions (***********************************************************, Alamogordo, ********** *****, 575.415.2177).This check cleared my fathers bank account on January 12, 2023.As of the date/time of my writing this, he (my father) has still yet to receive his merchandise. We have been checking on the status of this regularly for the past two months. Each time we ask, we have been told a multitude of untruths, i.e., it has been delayed due to weather, it is in the mail, well provide you with a tracking number (which we never receive), ignored phone calls, un-responded to messages, etc.

Hi, Based on our records, attempts were made to deliver a device to you that was either the same or comparable in nature, as to our contracted agreement states. Please review the service agreement that was signed which identifies replacement part(s). We wish this experience was better than what it was, and moving forward we have implemented new policy to prevent situations like yours from reoccurring.

Owner unprofessional. Face talker. Con, not man of his word, takes money, no service! No communication once they have your money. Consumer has to reach out, then gets more promises from owner and still no communication after to update consumer on status of their repair. After consumer loses respect for business, owner, their credibility and consumer asks for money back, owner informs, "No, you will get no refund. Check policy." No where on the sales slip does it say, no refunds! You pay up front and they drag feet in communicating with consumer after initial promise of, "We'll call you in a day or two. A week no call, consumer has to call and that's when the fast feet shuffle begins. On a fixed income, have a small business and I need my phone which is shard and sharp pieces of glass keep coming off, cutting up my hands and bottom button stopped functioning. I had to ask them to put the details of repair on my sales slip but they kept saying the slip; as it was written up was just for their records. I refused to sign slip until they typed in what repairs were being done. I contacted Chamber of Commerce in the area and was told that they have had several complaints about this company. I don't trust them to do any work on my phone, don't want them to do any work on it, simply want my money back. I paid for a service and to date still have to use my hazardous phone. I had to call them twice before concluding that I wanted nothing more to do with them. After my final call, requesting my money, being told I was not going to get my money back, I informed him if I didn't I would seek legal recourse. Later that afternoon, I get a text from him informing their will be no further communication. Ten minutes later his sales lady called, said she got a message and please call. I did not call or speak to her on the phone at any point. Only him/owner, the man who said he was the owner, who I told I lived not far and would come in. "No, my staff can't tell you anymore than I have."

Hi, My name is *******************-Owner and President of Alamogordo Technology Solutions. I do Recall the Customer and the Interaction in question. In order to respond to Ms. ******** correctly and accurately we must add context to the review. Ms ******** did visit the business and requested a screen repair. We gave the Client ( Ms ********) a quote which she accepted. During the invoicing, the Client was given an opportunity for Next day delivery and repair. She Refused this service as she clearly stated she was not in a hurry. Average time to recieve parts is 3-7 business days. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions to which every customer signs. Our recommendations are based on expierence and professional knowledge of shipping and repair times, based on industry standards. During this time after the Client agreed to the terms, made payment, parts were ordered. During the order process, the CLIENT, did proceed to begin calling within 72 hours of the visit. I field most if not all the calls personally, and informed her that the order had been placed, and as soon as we recieve them, we would reach out. The following day, at 1:35pm, she again called and demanded information, that I as the owner, did not have since I was out of the office at an ******************** out of state, at the time. I informed the Client, that I was out of the office, but I would be returning by the end of week, but, I am being updated Daily on orders, repairs, and services by my staff. I explained once again that the normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. I was recieving hourly updates from my office and I informed the client that I would reach out to my staff, and call with an Update if one was available. Once again, about 24hours later, the Client called, and wanted information, and, demanded I get her an update. I informed client once again, that parts had not arrived, and I would reach out when an update was available. I still was out of the office, but shipping confirmed her part had not been delivered, and that it was on schedule. About 24 hours later, the client did call once again, and she began to call over and over, until she spoke to someone. Again, as I was out of town, My office was returning calls, but the minute I didnt answer, she consistantly began to call, again, at one point 7 times in a row. I personally returned her call, with the same information regarding repair and delivery. On Friday, 8/19/2022 the client did call agian. During this call she became irate, and demeaning, insulting me personally, and professionally, threatening to ruin us as a company, with Legal and Complaints, to anyone who would listen. I explained her parts did arrive and repair was slated to begin, once she dropped off the phone. She stated she wanted a refund, of the total amount. Due to fees and charges that the ************** does charge when a Refund is processed, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, to anyone, as we do our best to resolve any issues in store. The client then stated, she would go to the store herself. I again kindly informed her, that the information available to me was what was available to my staff, with regards to updates and deliveries. The Client, then, began again to become very unprofessional, belittling, and insulting. She was yelling at this point, not letting me explain that we can begin repair immediatly. Because she did allow me to get in a word, literally, she did not recieve any relevant information. While on the same call, the client became arugmentative, preventing any potental for resolution of the matter. We do not offer refunds. It is clearly posted in multiple locations in the store, along with on the invoice and so forth. We adhere to laws that govern rules and standards of retail practice, and by having this policy, we eliminate any opportunities clients such as her, to damage the business. She began to threaten legal action, to which as posted and outlined in our terms and conditions, with her signiture, that once Threats of legal action do begin, we immedialty cease all work, until the legal process has run its course. This is done, again to prevent lasting damage to the business by filing Frivolus lawsuits with the courts, and not overrun or duplicate the order from the courts if one was to be entered. Again, we made every attempt to resolve the issue, and complete our end of the deal, but due to the comments and threats of legal action, and unprofessionalism on behalf of the client, we could not communicate to her that our intention is to and always has been to resolve the issue, from a business standpoint. At this point we do not want continue doing business with her, as her intention is to create irrepuable harm to the company, by filing false, and inaccurate comments, and complaints.

Rebuttal In rebuttal to Alamogordo Technology Solutions, at **************** and ***********************-Owner and ************ ******** that he offered next day deliver, however that exceeded what I had already told him of the budget confines I was in a position to work with, so it was not an additional "perk" he was giving me with said offer. That's the reason for my "refusal!" of next day delivery. It was a mute question considering my budget constraints Id previously I explained to him. I'm not disputing the shipping days or times at all, what I question is; I was told I would receive a call the next day (Friday) or no later than Monday of the next week to bring in my phone. Fact: I received no calls at all the next week, to which I had to call on Wednesday afternoon to find out the status of my bringing in the phone, the part arrival, etc. This was my first communication with anyone at Alamogordo Technology Solutions outside of the one and only time of walking into their store. The owner answered my call, not because he personally gave me special treatment by receiving my call, but because it is the only number listed on the contract and business card. I thought I was calling their store when I made that call, so he did not give me any special treatment in conversing with me the only two times I have ever spoken with anyone from that business after the one and only time I had ever walked into that business! Fact: The dates he stated as my having called is totally incorrect! I did not call on the 19th and certainly not up to 7 times as he stated. That is a blatant lie! Phone records will show that I called on the 17th and spoke with the owner; to which he stated he would call me back later on that afternoon, or the following day. He did neither so I called the same number, after five o'clock the following day and asked why I had not heard from him as he'd promised to let me know what was going on? He still really had not answers for me to which I stated, never mind about the repair, just give me my money back. That I had paid and couldn't get any communication or information from them. He proceeds to tell me no, no refund. That's when I stated, it was an unprofessional way of doing business, is this how they treat their customers, and I would seek legal recourse since, I could get no definitive info as to what was happening, when to bring my phone in and such, informed him I no longer wanted to do business with them, I didn't trust them to even fix my phone properly and just wanted to end exchanged with them and get my money back, and if not I would seek legal avenues, told him, you have a nice day and hung up. Never heard from them again, Fact: I proceeded to Chamber of Commerce and was told by person there that they had several complaints about said company, I quote, "We've had several complaints about them!" The person asked me the company's name, I gave it and they asked, "Over by the Mall?" I stated yes, they said they have had complaints about that company and I was the 4th person to call in with complaints about them. As to no refunds, it would behoove them to put that info on the contracts they give to customers and not only on their paper work. Nowhere on my contract does it state no refund, under the assumption that work IS done on a person's property. Otherwise, people are paying up front and at the mercy of this company's practices and timeline! Fact: to date, I received no communication from them as to bringing in my phone, no work was done on it, I Paid for a service; to which their contract is dated; due 8/25/22. Contract date is for description: Repair Home button and screen repair tempered glass. The due date is passed and my phone is not repaired, nor have I not received a refund. In essence, I paid; in good faith, for a service I did not receive and was told I would not receive a refund for! It is highly unethical, if not bordering, illegal, to charge a customer up front for work not yet performed and have a "no refund" policy in place. I do not personally know anyone in their establishment, had no reason to wish them irreparable damage, when I walked into their establishment. I just wanted my phone repaired. It is not an honorable thing to do, to take someone's money for a service or work that you have not performed as promised and under contractual obligation as well. That in itself speaks of a shoddy character or business. If they choose to have a no refund policy, it is their choice; however, no completion of their contractual obligation; whether they like/agreed with the mode of communication; and that goes both ways, should exempt them from honoring their contract. As of this date, 8/26/22 they have not, nor intend to give me MY money back! Any reputable business would not conduct business in this manner. Fact: I'm not the only one who has had problems with this company, as stated by the Alamogordo, Chamber of Commerce (the person's name, first and last) was given me in my phone conversation with them, stating there were several complaints against Alamogordo Technology Solutions. In essence, I believe they stole from me, however; I wish them well, and hope this serves as a venue to do business, honorably, fairly, and reputably with their customers in the future.

Customer was unprofessional, insulting and irate. Agreed time frame for repair is 3-7 days if overnight shipping is not requested or paid. Customer said this was fine, and agreed to slated repair time. Parts have been in stock, and repair was to be completed, before the client became irate, insulting both personally and professionally. At the same time, the customer DID NOT allow me to speak, as when I did, she literally told me to SHUT UP AND LISTEN. At this point we wish no further interaction with the Customer, and have listed her invoice as completed. She threatened legal action and was using the threat as leverage to recieve a refund. Store policy does clearly state 'NO REFUNDS" in multiple locations of the business and on her invoice. She felt she was due special treatment, and that we will give her a refund. We do not respond to extortion, and refused, thus she filed a review and complaint.
