  This company is the most disrespectful and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They treat customers like trash. They say they close at 3 pm yet they locked the door at 2:50 pm I had to call the police. Created a report and they were just as rude and disrespectful .. I will follow up with my attorney about discriminatory practices. They did not even tell me about instructions about recovering my vehicle. The point of this complaint is that why are customers treated this way. Its not acceptable, people are struggling enough to be going thru this! Human beings deserve I be treated respectfully!

  THIS COMPANY A MOVED THE ********* EVERY TIME I ATTEMPT TO GET MY CAR. FIRST IT WAS WEATHER, THEN THEY CLOSED EARLY JUST BECAUSE THEN I PAY FOR LYFT AN THEY CLOSED FOR INSPECTION. THEY LITERALLY FINDING WAYS TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY.

  The lot is by appointment only. Mr. ****** continued to just show up to the lot without any appointment set, and without speaking to us prior. The times that he showed up without an appointment, were during times that the lot was closed.The first time he contacted us, we did not have release paperwork from his lender yet. No appointments can be set until that paperwork is received. He eventually made an appointment after the lender confirmed payment and provided the release paperwork to us.

  I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS BUT AT LEAST ONE IS REQUIRED THIS TOW COMPANY ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSES MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRANSPORTS STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLES WITH KNOWLEDGE AND PROOF THE VEHICLE IN POSSESSION IS STOLEN PROPERTY. ALL PARTIES IN OFFICE *****, *****, AND *** ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, ABUSIVE, AND DISRESPECTFUL AS WELL AS NEGLIGENT THIEVES.   Thieves!!! Expensive items were stolen from my vehicle as well as sentimental items which Im still trying to wrap my head around what it is they would possibly want with those specific items. Customer ********************** is absolutely horrible and they have no regards for personal items at all. Pictures and paperwork are just crumbled up and thrown into the bag they put your stuff in. Dont dare go and question anything about your stuff they dont know nothing about anything. How these people can lay down and sleep at night is beyond me! Oh wait thats right they dont they are sneaking around hard working peoples properties. People that *** just be going through a tough time or dealing with financial hardship. Dont trust these people with the trash you throw out. Scum of the earth!!! I would absolutely leave zero stars if I could!

  Absolutely disgusting operation. What ************** says is ****% accurate. I also had expensive personal belongings stolen from vehicle 7/12/23 that were worth several hundred dollars collectively. I only received other unrelated items out of the vehicle that were not valuable to their sticky fingers. Of course when I called them to confront the situation they had no idea about this and had no explanation other than I had to file a complaint about it. Absolute joke, unprofessional staff, thieve employees that decide it's acceptable to take peoples' personal possessions for themselves. How people like this sleep at night is beyond my comprehension. There's a special place for predatory people like that. I will be leaving reviews like this in as many publicly available places I possibly can and will be pursuing this until my property is given back.

  I never understand why a half star isn't an option. This tow company are thieves. My car was towed by them, when I picked up my car it was obviously rummaged through. Items that were in the glove box and door pockets were thrown all over the car. Items were stolen from the car as well. Items I know for a fact were in the car are completely gone now I clud8ng my license plate which I had to pay to get a new one issued by the state. I would recommend NO property, NO Lenders, NO Banks ever do business with this company it will only lead to your company being involved in a u wanted lawsuit

  Mr. Law's vehicle was repossessed on 5/1/23 and left for auction on 5/10/23. We received a hold harmless from his lender which authorizes us to keep the property within the vehicle - as we did not have full access without a key. He has never contacted our office to pick up his property prior to the vehicle leaving, and we still have not heard from him. We do have his plates in our possession though. If he had contacted us at all, we would have gladly given them to him and he wouldn't have had to go to the DMV for new ones. If he would like a copy of the HOLD HARMLESS provided by his lending institution, he can contact them.

  Predatory towing company, car was towed within 3 mins of parking, tow company layed in wait to take it, signs out side of business with phone number for tow company, phone number is incorrect, address for tow yard is incorrect on ******* no one to speak to to even find vehicle, 2 police departments alerted, violated Predatory Towing Prevention Act, charged $315 and took 3 days to even find vehicle.

  The vehicle was illegally parked. There are multiple signs, as well as signage on the front door of the restaurant stating that patrons of the restaurant are not to park outside of the restaurants designated lot, or they will be towed. We work on a call basis, therefore one of the other businesses in the area saw the vehicle parked there, and called us to remove the vehicle. This was not predatory towing... this is a matter of parking illegally in an unauthorized spot. The tow was done legally.
