    Terrible experience. Overcharged me for snaking main sewer line because tree roots infiltrated line. They charged me $675 vs another plumber later did the same work and charged me only $275. Less than 3 weeks after they snaked the line, the sewage backed up again. I called them and nicely asked if they would give me some financial consideration on further snaking etc since the job they did 3 weeks ago obviously did not fix the problem. I was told they would consult the owners and call me back. I NEVER heard from them. Furthermore another plumber who resolved the problem for me said it was customary in the industry to give a customer 30 day warranty if the sewage backup returned. This company provided no warranty, overcharged me significantly and had the audacity and unprofessionalism and inconsideration to never call me back to donate job right!
