"8/30/24 Spoke with Dr ***** **** regarding prescribed refills and prescription for Home Health Worker Also spoke about waiting time and the five minutes that he spends with patients I stated that he didn't have my best interest He was very disrespectful and threatened to hang the phone up on me He also lied and said that I had 17 different ailments and enough refills for the entire Jersey City Behavior unbecoming of a Medical Doctor Caused me to have high blood pressure, stress, humiliation, pain and suffering To date, I still don't have prescription for Home Healthcare ( was requested three weeks prior to 8/30/24 Received text from ***************** to confirm appointment on 9/6/24 @ 9:45 AM Replied YES 9/5/24 Received text for appointment on @ 2:30 on 9/5/24 I was not scheduled for 9/5/24 9/6/24 Recently text to remind me for appointment at 9:45 am I reported to office at 9:10 At 9:25, Office Manager stated that I didn't have an appointment I showed the texts in my phone and also the calendar in my phone She was very nasty and disputed the validation of my office visit in spite of me showing her Very unprofessional Embarrassed me in office in front of other patients Dr. **** refused to see me because I had my *********************** and my Visiting Nurse to contact him on previous occasions I have complained numerous times regarding staff not answering phone, waiting time, not being consistent with refills and spending 5 minutes with patients Office always packed He refused to see me knowing that I needed a prescription for a Home Healthcare Worker I respectfully request that he is reprimanded and answer for his actions." ... "I went to her with pelvic and breast pain, a history of endometriosis, missed period and pcos, with the addition of too many symptoms to name and an extended pelvic area. Without examining me AT ALL, no breast or pelvic exam she told me to take Advil and that it was just my anxiety." ... Read full review
