    I placed an order with Blooms by the Box on April 22, 2025, for bulk flowers with next-day shipping, scheduled to arrive by April 25 for my grandmothers funeral on April 26. Not only did the flowers not arrive on the promised date, but I was told they would arrive on the day of the funeral, which was already problematic and cutting it too close. However, the flowers did not arrive until April 28three days late and two days after the funeral, rendering them completely unusable.Despite contacting the company four times to request a refund (and within their 24hr period after delivery), I have been completely ignored. No acknowledgment, no apology, and certainly no resolution. Their website advises customers to schedule delivery for two days before their eventwhich I tried to do, but the only available delivery date was the day before. I accepted that risk and still received no product on time.Blooms by the Box claims to be affiliated with professional organizations like the **************************** and Equally Wed, but I have verified that they do not appear on either of those membership directories. This misrepresentation, combined with their refusal to communicate or issue a refund, points to a troubling pattern of deceptive and irresponsible business practices.I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting this experience to the ***. No one, especially brides, event planners, or grieving families, should trust this vendor with important, time-sensitive orders. I strongly urge the BBB to investigate this business and hold them accountable.

    ***************** states all over their website and literature We are absolutely committed to total customer satisfaction. Dont you believe it!I ordered 50 yellow football mums for my fathers memorial on ********, August 27th and received them on Thursday, August 25th. Not only was the condition of the flowers unacceptable - brown petals, petals falling off in large clumps, broken heads, broken and slimy stems, and only 38 flowers were sent, they were the wrong flowers. Football mums are 4-6 wide. What I received was 39 3 generic mums and were not what is pictured or described on their website.I called immediately and spoke to a representative at ***************** who said there is nothing that can be done and asked me to send photos of the flowers, which I did immediately. They didnt respond to me right away so I contacted them the Monday following the ******** memorial service. They said it was now too late for them to issue a refund! I contacted the rep several more times and did not get a response. I then called the owner of the company, *************, and left him two voicemails. He never bothered to call me back. I had to go find replacements 36 hours prior to the memorial causing quite a lot of expense and stress on what was already a very difficult time. These were my fathers favorite flowers that he specifically requested for his funeral and ***************** failed miserably.

We understand it was during an already difficult time for the customer. We had, in fact, refunded the order in full and had considered the matter resolved.
