  I was 8 months pregnant when we moved into our new home, 2 days later we experienced a house fire from which we lost one of our beloved dogs. We didnt know where to even begin. After the first responders had left and the house was marked uninhabitable, *** showed up. He explained to us the options we had without putting any pressure on us. In our most vulnerable and lowest point, it was not easy to trust a total stranger but we are so grateful and thankful to have had *** and the team at Andrew ****- they worked hard to earn our trust and they made us whole again. Every part of the insurance process was easily explained and the ** team 100% supported us along the way. Any question we had, *** replied to us quickly. *** going into the smoky nightmare that remained of our home and inventorying every item we lost was an absolute life saver for us while we were trying to prepare ourselves for a baby that would come at any time.   We worked with *** ******* from Andrew ****, and he made the process of filing a claim, relocating us to a rental house, educating us on what our rights were as home owners, accessing the damage of our house after our house fire very seamless. We hired *** the morning after the fire and he was able to handle every step of the way for us in the most professional and compassionate way possible. *** was honest about every step of the process, communicated often and was reliable. Thanks to their relentless work we were able to move back into our home after our fire exactly 1 year after it happened, which is an incredible timeline after having to rebuild. We had the utmost confidence in their service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  After the devastation of our house fire a referral came to us by the name of ***** P ******* *** with the Andrew K Knox & Company. Not knowing the first direction to move to after meeting with *** we realized he was our guy. Not only did *** take us under his wing he cared for us as if we were his own family. The guidance and explanation of every detail gave us a piece of mind during such a difficult time in our lives. I would highly recommend *** to anyone that has been faced with a tragedy purely for the stress relief he provided for us.

  I am writing this as a recommendation for ***** ******* with Andrew K. Knox and Company. *** was instrumental in helping our family get back to whole when we had a broken pipe behind our kitchen wall, rendering our kitchen useless since it had to be completely ripped out due to water and mold damage. *** came in and lead the charge and made the whole process seemless. From calling the remediation services, contractors and my insurance company; *** did it all. Every call, text and email that i sent to *** was answered almost immediately with the utmost professionalism. His number will be saved in my phone, but i hope i never have to call him again.   I highly recommend Andrew ********** as an adjuster (Do hope you never need one). On the morning of Mar. 21,2023 had a house fire. The home was completely destroyed. All I had left was the clothes on my back and my 17 yr old dog. *** the adjuster had housing for me, which was a hotel not too many people or places wanted to help out when you have a animal. ***, the adjuster handled everything from housing, the insurance company and items accountable at the home, what was left of it. He is still working with me. Knowledgeable, caring and has much needed support for the individual. YesI would recommend. God Bless them All!! Including the staff.

  I am writing this to highly recommend the services of ********************* of the Andrew **** Company. He came to us after we had a devastating house fire on 5/30/2023. The fire started in the kitchen and there was so much damage from the heat, smoke, and water it was unimaginable. I first met *** the day of the fire. When I returned to my home the next day, I was so overwhelmed I had no idea what to do next. *** offered to come and look at my home without even having a signed contract to just give his opinion on how we would need to proceed. His professionalism and knowledge were incredible. With my phone ringing all the time from insurance adjusters, my wife and I decided to retain *** and the Andrew **** Company to represent us as our adjusters. This was the best decision we have ever made. Having experienced going through a house fire is awful and if I did'nt Hire a Public Adjustor Like *** we would still be waiting on Insurance. *** worked with my Insurance to get us the most we could get in a timely manner. *** was very easy to work with and made it much easier .   So In February of this year my wife and I experienced a devasting house fire that destroyed our kitchen/laundry room and caused so much smoke damage in our brand new town house.
