      I went to Airport Plaza in Hazlet NJ on 1-18-23 to purchase a ticket to NY Port Authority. The sign in the window says the window and kios is open till 11am daily. After waiting a few minutes, I called the help number and was switched to the Leonardo NJ dispatch where I was told that the window closes at 8 am and there hasn't been a kios in two years. I don't understand that in two years nobody could go to the Airport Plaza office and change the sign. @nd Issue, I went online to find a weekend schedule for NYC Port Authority. I printed it off AND downloaded it to my phone. On 1-19-23, I went to the Port Authority to take the bus back to Hazlet NJ at 6:30 pm and waited all alone with homeless people in a downstairs empty terminal area. I was approached for money multiple times and felt scared for my life. Nobody knew about the bus and I went back upstairs to the information desk and the rude representative said all Academy buses that are scheduled to run are downstairs. After about an hour and a half, I finally got through on my phone to Academy dispatch and was told they haven't had a weekend bus from Port Authority to Hazlet NJ in 2 years. Alone and scared, I had to walk 10 blocks to the train station with a bad back because I could not find a taxi and had to wait until 10:07 to get the train. 4 Hours of waiting then almost 2 hours on the train to get home. Academy could have put my life in danger waiting all alone with homeless and drug dealers. Pure Laziness and a disaster waiting to happen.
