I am writing this review to warn others about the unethical and predatory practices of My Inheritance Cash. What was already a time of personal tragedy has been turned into a deeply traumatic and unjust experience due to the actions of this company.Rather than providing transparent support or assistance, My Inheritance Cash has engaged in deceptive and, in my opinion, fraudulent behavior. They have filed lawsuits based on false allegations, with no evidence, in an apparent attempt to silence and intimidate us as consumers. They have not only misrepresented key facts but have also had an attorney submit inaccurate and misleading legal claims, which in itself is a crime, all designed to strong-arm their way into gaining control without any accountability or transparency. They charge exorbitant fees under terms that would amount to criminal usury if it were defined as a "loan" in many jurisdictions and not just an advance. But beyond the financial exploitation, the most disturbing element is their deliberate effort to create false narratives, resulting in added legal fees under claims of compensatory, consequential, incidental, and punitive damages. This is not just a misunderstanding; it is a willful and strategic distortion of the facts. When I spoke to *** today, I told her I didn't appreciate the insinuation of such a statement, like depicting the consumer with questions as common criminals, either. We have the right to be informed and ask questions and to even negotiate! That should also be on a recorded line.Their business model appears to be built not on helping families through estate transitions but really on exploiting grief, manufacturing legal threats, and financially draining clients in the process. My experience is not just one of dissatisfaction; it is a cautionary tale of what happens when a company weaponizes the legal system to further victimize its clients. This is an abusive business practice, and they should be shut down.

Unfortunately, this client and her sister said they would not pay us back. The sisters are in charge of the estate and all estate funds. Thus, we had to retain counsel before the planned home closing to ensure payment.

I received 3 letters in the mail from ****************************. They were offering an advance on proceeds I was to receive upon completion of the probate process. All 3 were addressed to people that didn't live at the address (and never have).. AND each one accurately referenced my deceased family members estate name and the docket number it was filed under!!! (They accessed a public record of the will filed in my state). There was a ** code included on each letter stating "Scan the ** code to visit our website and access the application!"These letters, that are addressed to people I've never heard of; coupled with the accurate name and docket number of my deceased family member; are phishing scams enticing me to scan their ** code (These letters were obviously very alarming to receive.) I can only imagine the reason for this is get my personal info. Note the following consumer alert at the ******************************************************************************************

We sincerely apologize. In our most recent batch of direct mail, the letters were sent to the correct address and with the correct estate information. However, the contact names were mismatched and were actually the heirs from different estates in the same batch. It was OUR technical error and is not a phishing scam. Our offer of Inheritance Advances is legal and legitimate; only the contact names were incorrect. Feel free to call us at ************** or visit ******************************. If you search "My Inheritance Cash" you'll find our site and many positive ****** Reviews.
