    This dance studio is being used as an event hall space rental. I rented this space for an event. Unfortunately I do not recommend this to anyone. The price sounds good, however you get what you are paying for. The space is definitely not suitable for hosting any events for The following reasons. - [ ] There is only one ******** the event of an emergency this location is not equipped for any safe evacuation. - [ ] The owner and co-partner are not flexible with times. They would not let you go over a few minutes without retaining your deposit. Suggestion, if you need to decorate allow yourself at least an additional 2-3 hours extra to do so, same for the cleaning. - [ ] All chairs and tables are in a storage room, where all are to be lifted and Put together at the time of your event. Neither owner or co-partner have the ability to at least put those out for the client. At the end of your Event all tables and chairs are to be put back exactly how you found them in the storage room. They are literally putting the client in danger of hurting themselves with all the heavy lifting. - [ ] Expect you to clean this facility spotless, clean the bathrooms, sweep, vacuum and mop all floors. Under strict supervision. - [ ] Dispose of all garbage in a dumpster located on the outside back of the building. This is a safety issue as well. If your event is held in the evening-night time they will still expect you to bring out all of the garbage to the back of the building in the dark. Not even equipped with lighting for safety.
