      Dr **** was very nice and helpful giving more informations and advices for issue on my tinnitus. The ear test equipments were clean and office was spot clean.

      Very disappointed in the fact that our insurance pays 100% for these hearing aids and this office wanted another $1900 dollars and then finally down to $$500. We are seniors on a fixed income and insurance covers this 100%. I do not think we need to pay anymore. This is a scam. I am not impressed

      ***************! Answered all questions and concerns. Explained step by step the hearing test and reviewed results in understandable language. Described options and was extremely supportive in making a decision. Thank you for the assistance in making the transition to hearing again! Didn't realize how much I needed the hearing aids! Definitely will let everyone know about this office and business.

      Amazing service! I called the customer care ********************** to check when the next available appointment would be, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in the very next day. I came in because I wanted to find out if I was losing my hearing, based on some things I had been told. The audiologist was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process took less than an hour. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional, and caring service!

      From the front clerical office to the hearing test, discussion of products offered as well as both of these ladies courteous, friendly, well versed & perfect communication before, during and after completing our appointment, we were very, very satisfied & felt very comfortable with purchasing new hearing aids. The detail of which included receiving the aids right there, programmed, fitted & set specifically to the hearing level needed. We also were offered to reset my aids that I already have and was a warranty for them even though they were purchased through a different hearing company prior! What ***************** personality our specialist gave us! You have gained two more regular customers! We recommend highly & they exceeded the standard of excellence!
