      One of the most unprofessional companies I have had the opportunity to deal with.Their team lacks the education and customer service to adequately deal with consumers. When you speak to them on the phone, they are condescending, their prices are approximately 13% higher than others, and they escalate their shipping charges past the market rate, to make money off the top end.When you inquire on product details and stock amounts, their team lacks the understanding of the information and provides inaccurate details which is unnecessary and unacceptable.There are plenty of other companies to deal with, instead of them. I highly do not recommend them.

      Please see our review of ************* on ******* ********************* is the most unprofessional businessperson we have ever dealt with. Buys JVCC 762-BD bidirectional filament tape every year and is the only customer in the country who always seems to have an issue with it and then tries to send it back after Burning Man is over. If you are a tape company please be careful and do not ship to him or ************* at ****************************************************. This is a warning to companies looking to be a supplier to them. Thank you.
