    Zero stars, but I had to pick at least one - Absolutely horrible! Don't rent, the boats are falling apart and I have never experienced as much beratement, rudeness and lack of customer service from a business, the owner to boot, when addressing the concerns.

    If I could give zero stars, here's a business that deserves ZERO. My group wanted to rent 6 jet skis....3 singles, 3 doubles. We were told there was a group ahead of us so we'd have to wait an hour and 1/2 for our first group of 3 doubles to go out. In the meantime, we stayed on the dock and rented fishing poles and did some crabbing. After our first group left I asked the attendant how long should my next group of 3 singles come down to sign the paperwork. He said 15 minutes and I made sure that, although there were more people now waiting who came AFTER us that we would be next. He assured me and my next group of 3 single riders came to the office. The ***** who is THE most aggressive, unprofessional person I have ever met, told them they'd have to wait another hour and 1/2 because they didn't pay yet. This was NEVER explained to us when we first got there this morning. I asked him where that rule is in writing and I was told it's in his head and that's the rule. Please do not give this "business" your money. We wasted half of a day just waiting, and we were waiting right at the dock to be told "too bad". This is not a way to run a business anywhere but especially on beautiful LBI. I hope this review helps someone so they don't waste time and money. I'm actually glad that we didn't give him another $300 for the next group. He does not deserve to be in business. His attitude is probably the worst I have ever encountered. I hope he gets shuttered and someone who cares about the visitors to LBI takes over.This ***** is so stupid and immature, he doesnt realize his response to a poor review is the BEST review. Good job ********** Now you confirm what 99% of the real reviews are saying. This marina ***** treats people horribly and all you have to do is read EVERY one of his responses to a poor review. Instead of taking the review and using it to improve, he takes it as a personal assault and that is how he carries himself in this business.

    This was nothing more than a simple miscommunication between this customer and one of my employees. The people who rode before her had already paid. What business person would I be if I did not give them their allotted time. Her son came into our business using foul language and then she personally attacked me saying I must be miserable and single. Then she was escorted out by another customer. We have been successful in business for ******************************************************************************************************************************* the most professional way possible. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond.

    This owner is incorrect. He wasn't even there when his employee "promised" me that after my first group of jet skiers came back, my next group would go next. We were ALL there at 11am and we were told that we had to go out in shifts. NEVER did he tell me that we had to pay to be in line. I was on the dock with my family for 3 hours; first waiting 1 .5 hours for my group to get on the water then waiting for them to return so I could assemble my next group. I did see more people starting to arrive so I confirmed that when my first group came in, my next group would go. He said "yes" and that I should have them come down in 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork. When they did arrive 15 minutes later, this person who is the owner was in the office and told them they didn't pay so they had to wait. I tried to have a mature conversation and this guy is the rudest, classless bully I have ever encountered. The reviews say it all. Actually, the owner's response to ANY negative review says it all. He tries to intimidate and that wasn't happening with me. I grew up here in Jersey and can handle bullies; I feel bad for people who visit and have an encounter with this person. He makes our state look trashy. The most evident comment he made when I asked where his policy is for "wait list" was that "It's that I said it, that's where it is written". Policies should be clearly stated in the office so customers have all the information. I definitely would have had my 2nd group pay if that was what I was told. When I left the office after having dealt with this monster, the person who promised me that we would be going next apologized and said he should have explained it to me. He admitted fault which is something this ghetto owner would never do.

    So far this person has referred to the owner as aggressive, unprofessional, stupid and immature. It is quite sad when someone attacks another (a small business that struggles like all other small businesses) on social media, calls them names, provokes, and then plays victim, even after already admitting my employee apologized for his mistake. Demanding respect while being unable to give it, is hypocrisy at its best.
