    I recently pre-paid my account balance to cover payments for garbage removal services for the remainder of 2023. My residential garbage has not been picked up since in the last 3 pickups (my payments allow me for 2 pickups per week, Tuesday and Friday). Other neighbors who also have their removal services with Total had empty trash cans. When I called after the third time and spoke to a female, I was transferred to a female named ****. After I voiced my grievance to seek resolution, **** proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back, **** answered the phone and I was met with a very unprofessional attitude and agitated tone seemingly in regards to my request to rectify the neglected services. In an effort to end our lengthy phone call as she put it, **** assured me that my trash would be removed by 3:00pm, which it never was. My trash can which now is overfilled with over a week and a half worth of garbage, including soiled baby diapers, still remains at the curb line in front of my house where I left it for pickup on Thursday evening. This is a paid service and yet even after I call and request the error be resolved, it goes ignored spitefully. Highly unprofessional and unbecoming for a paid service for necessary trash removal.
